Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, the following terms apply:

1. The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
   This deposit secures your date and covers the preparation time already invested. The final amount is due four weeks prior to your wedding.

2. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the ceremony:
   No further payments are required.

3. Cancellations made within 30 days of the ceremony:
   The full remaining balance is payable, as the date has been held exclusively for you and cannot be rebooked at short notice.

4. Postponements:
   If you need to move your wedding date and I am available on the new date, your booking can be transferred at no additional cost.
   If I am unavailable for the new date, the booking will be treated as a cancellation.

5. Changes to ceremony location or timing:
   Minor changes can be accommodated with notice. Significant changes (e.g., travel distance, time shifts of multiple hours) may incur an additional fee.
