Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your ceremony date.
The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the wedding.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Performance Details
I will provide live piano and vocal music as outlined in your chosen package.
All performance details (song choices, cue timings, location, ceremony order) must be finalised at least 4 weeks before the wedding.
3. Equipment & Requirements
I supply all musical equipment needed for the performance.
The ceremony location must provide safe access to power unless otherwise arranged.
For outdoor ceremonies, adequate shade and protection from sun, wind, and rain must be provided.
4. Arrival Time
I will arrive 45–60 minutes prior to the ceremony start time for setup and soundcheck.
If earlier arrival is required by the venue, additional fees may apply.
5. Client Delays
If the ceremony is delayed, I will continue performing within reasonable limits.
Delays exceeding 30 minutes may incur an additional fee.
6. Travel
Travel within the Mornington Peninsula is included.
Additional travel fees apply for locations outside this area.

The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations within 30 days of the wedding require full payment.
8. If I Am Unable to Attend (Illness, Emergency, Unforeseen Circumstances)
If I am unexpectedly unable to perform due to illness, injury, or an unforeseen emergency, the following steps will occur:
I will make every reasonable effort to find a suitable professional replacement musician who can provide comparable ceremony music in my place.
This may include another pianist/vocalist or acoustic vocalist/guitarist depending on availability.
If a replacement cannot be secured, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
If a replacement is secured and you approve them, your booking will proceed as normal, and no refund will be issued.
I will communicate transparently and promptly in the rare event this clause needs to be activated.
9. Extreme Weather / Safety
For outdoor ceremonies, performance is only possible if equipment can be fully protected.
If conditions are unsafe, I will relocate to the agreed backup location.
10. Photography / Videography
You agree that any photographs or video footage where I appear may be used for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
11. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
